This page shows pricing for the Actian Zen v13 product line (formerly known as Actian PSQL v13) from Actian Corporation (formerly Pervasive Software). The current version of this product is v13.30, but licenses purchased for PSQL v13 will work across any release.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The End of General Availability for Actian PSQL v13 was March 31, 2021. If your software is compatible with the current Actian Zen v14 or Actian Zen v15, then we recommend using that instead. We have some stock quantities of the v13 base licenses, but as these start to dwindle down, you may wish to verify availability before ordering. Actian will continue to offer User Count Increase (UCI) licenses for some time to come.

Actian Zen/PSQL v13 Enterprise Server Base Licenses (Discontinued)
These licenses are for new PSQLv13 Server engine purchases of any platform. Officially supported operating systems include Windows 7 (and newer), and Windows Server 2008 R2 (and newer). Older operating systems (including Windows 2003, XP and Vista) have not been tested and may not be supported.

Shipping and Taxes
Actian stopped production of the Media Kits, so all licenses are now delivered as electronic downloads only. If you prefer a paper copy, please request a copy of the license document and label when ordering.
Sales taxes will be charged for all IL and IN destinations, unless a proper tax exemption form is provided. All other destinations will be responsible for self-assessing sales taxes where applicable.

Payment options include:
- On-Line: Visit shop2.goldstarsoftware.com to order products on-line from our secure storefront.
- Pre-Paid: Contact Goldstar Software to determine the exact amount of the order. Mail your payment (Check payable to Goldstar Software Inc.) to our
address (as shown on the Contact page) with the original quote or a written copy of your order. Please be sure to include all information, including version,
platform, user count, and shipping method, where applicable. When we receive the payment, we will process the order and ship the software to you with a PAID invoice.
- Purchase Order: To accept your company purchase order, we must have an open customer account set up. Please download the required forms
and fill in the information requested. Then, you can mail or fax your forms with your P.O. directly to 928-833-3632. When your account is approved and created, the software will ship via
the requested method. If you have any questions, please call us at 708-647-7665 or contact us via other methods!
- Credit Card: We can accept bank transfers or credit card payments, including Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card and American Express. To best protect your
privacy, credit card orders are taken as web storefront or phone orders only, so contact us to place your order.
- PayPal: We can also receive payments via PayPal. Schedule payments to the user "BillBach" at goldstarsoftware.com. (Format this like an Email address. We'd give
you the exact format, but spammers keep sending us more garbage.) You may need to establish an account with Paypal to
complete this transaction.
