IMPORTANT NOTE: End of General Availability for Actian PSQL v12 was June 30, 2018. Actian instituted another price increase on August 27, 2019. If your software is compatible with the current Actian Zen v14, then we recommend using that instead.

This page shows pricing for the Actian PSQL v12 product line from Actian Corporation (formerly Pervasive Software). The current version of this product is v12.11, but licenses purchased for PSQL v12 will work across any v12 release.

Actian PSQL v12 Server Base Licenses (Discontinued)

These licenses are for new PSQLv12 Server engine purchases of any platform. Officially supported operating systems include Windows Vista (and newer), and Windows Server 2008 (and newer). Older operating systems (including Windows XP) have not been tested and may not be supported. Download a 30-day Trial Engine here.

Actian PSQL v12 Upgrades (Discontinued)

These upgrades are valid for all users of Pervasive PSQL v11 database engines. Proof of ownership is required to obtain the upgrade price, and only BASE licenses can be upgraded (Not UCI's). You can upgrade to the SAME user count or to the NEXT USER COUNT HIGHER. The original product must be removed and destroyed.

Shipping and Taxes

Actian stopped production of the Media Kits, so all licenses are now delivered as electronic downloads only. If you prefer a paper copy, please request a copy of the license document and label when ordering. Sales taxes will be charged for all IL and IN destinations, unless a proper tax exemption form is provided. All other destinations will be responsible for self-assessing sales taxes where applicable.

Ordering Information

Payment options include:

• On-Line: Visit shop2.goldstarsoftware.com to order products on-line from our secure storefront.
• Pre-Paid: Contact Goldstar Software to determine the exact amount of the order. Mail your payment (Check payable to Goldstar Software Inc.) to our address (as shown on the Contact page) with the original quote or a written copy of your order. Please be sure to include all information, including version, platform, user count, and shipping method, where applicable. When we receive the payment, we will process the order and ship the software to you with a PAID invoice.
• Purchase Order: To accept your company purchase order, we must have an open customer account set up. Please download the required forms and fill in the information requested. Then, you can mail or fax your forms with your P.O. directly to 928-833-3632. When your account is approved and created, the software will ship via the requested method. If you have any questions, please call us at 708-647-7665 or contact us via other methods!
• Credit Card: We can accept bank transfers or credit card payments, including Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card and American Express. To best protect your privacy, credit card orders are taken as web storefront or phone orders only, so contact us to place your order.
• PayPal: We can also receive payments via PayPal. Schedule payments to the user "BillBach" at goldstarsoftware.com. (Format this like an Email address. We'd give you the exact format, but spammers keep sending us more garbage.) You may need to establish an account with Paypal to complete this transaction.
